White asparagus, typical of the production areas in Bassano del Grappa, within the provinces of Treviso, is characterized by its white color, measuring between 18 and 22 centimeters in length. It features well-formed shoots that are straight, tender,
and non-woody, with a fresh appearance and aroma.
It pairs wonderfully with fresh cheeses, traditional cured meats, grilled white meats, or truffle, tender, juicy, and loaded with flavour.
