This wonderful sauce is perfect to add truffle flavour to any dish. It comes from an Artisanal recipe, made from mixing summer truffles 4%, mushrooms. It’s used in many dishes, from jazzing up a simple pasta or risotto to garnishing meat and canapés. Also used on soft cheese, eggs or can be simply spread it on toasted breads. Ingredients: Champignons (Agaricus Bisporus)59%, Extra virgin olive oil, porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis), Black summer truffles( Tuber Aestivum)3%, salt, pepper, truffle flavour.
