Gnocchi has been a staple of Italian dinning for centuries, they are a small dough dumplings usually made from egg, potato and wheat flour and seasoned with herbs. These are gluten free and have a soft but have a substantial texture.

Use with one of our truffle sauces or a tomato or spinach sauce, they are an amazing base for so many recipes.
