Exclusive Italian Rosé Balsamic Spray, Crafted for Italtouch
Created exclusively for Italtouch in collaboration with Leonardi, one of Modena’s oldest and most respected balsamic vinegar producers. This family-run Italian producer has been making balsamic using traditional methods for generations, with a real focus on natural ingredients and quality.
Made from native red grapes and aged in oak barrels, this Rosé Balsamic has a lovely balance of gentle acidity, subtle fruitiness and aromatic depth. Its beautiful amber-pink hue and delicate character make it a little different from a traditional balsamic — lighter, fresher and incredibly versatile.
The fine spray makes it particularly easy to use. Spray it over summer salads, fresh tomatoes, grilled fish, prawns or scallops, or use it to finish roasted vegetables and meats. It’s delicate enough for raw fish but has enough character to bring something extra to a beautifully cooked dish.
And don’t stop at savoury dishes. Try it with fresh strawberries, peaches, soft cheese or even vanilla gelato — the gentle sweetness and acidity work wonderfully with fruit and desserts.
