SALES & REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”)

Returns

We want you to be happy with everything you buy at trufflemandubai.com.  But like any other relationship, there may be some bumps in the road. Our policy lasts 1 day from the delivery date. If 1 day has lapsed or gone by since its been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require an original receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do send your purchase back directly to the seller and call us immediately.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 2 days after delivery. 

 
Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you through email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if the refund is approved or rejected. 
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a discount of the same amount will be applied on the next purchase you make with us or it will be refunded using the original form of payment.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at massimo@trufflemandubai.com and send your item to: Warehouse 4 Street 29 A - Dubai 

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Caviar and other perishables

Since Caviar products are highly delicate and perishable, the merchandise should be inspected by customer immediately upon its delivery.  Caviar is sold “As Is”.  If a problem exists with a perishable product, the claim must be submitted upon delivery. And we can only control the temperature to the point of it being delivered. Therefore returns are not accepted.
