Fresh, dry and lightly tangy, it has an elegant botanical flavour with just a hint of sweetness. It’s delicious with food and makes a refreshing alcohol-free drink when you fancy something a little more interesting than the usual soft drink.
Simply fill a glass with ice, add soda water and a splash of Balsamo Fresco. Give it a stir and, if you like, add a slice of orange, lemon or a sprig of rosemary. That’s your drink sorted.
And there’s plenty in the bottle. Because you only need a splash in each glass, one 250ml bottle makes more than 50 drinks. Keep it in the cupboard and you’re always ready to make something refreshing, whether it’s dinner for two or drinks with friends.
