Beluga Caviar - Baku

Beluga sturgeon, the largest and rarest of all sturgeon species, can only spawn its eggs when it reaches 15 to 25 years of age, comprising up to 25% of its total weight.

Baku Caviar blends rich Azerbaijani caviar traditions with modern technology, offering pure caviar with 3.5% salt and no preservatives. They release 10 sturgeons into the Caspian Sea for each container sold, contributing to sturgeon preservation. It's a top-quality product.

The large-grained eggs, sized from 3.2 to 3.5mm, range in color from nearly black to light grey. Lighter-colored eggs hold higher value.
