    For a pasta dish start by melting our luxurious truffle butter, add cream and black truffle sauce for a creamy sauce. You can cook our egg pasta in just 6 minutes. Add carpaccio and a drizzle of aromatic truffle oil for extra flavour.

    Or fry eggs in truffle oil or spread truffle butter on toast, or add it to a sauce or steak. Create impressive truffle-infused dishes with ease. This bundle contains: 

    1 Pack Tagliolini Egg Pasta
    1 Pack Tagliatelle Egg Pasta
    1 Truffle Butter 80g
    1 Jar black truffle & mushroom sauce 90g
    1 Jar of truffle carpaccio 80g
    1 Bottle white truffle oil 55ml

    Here is just one recipe, but feel free to unleash your inner chef and create your own Italian gourmet masterpiece.

    EGG TAGLIOLINI AND EGG TAGLIATELLE AL TARTUFO
    Serves 4-6 | 20 min

    Ingredients:
    80g Italtouch white truffle butter
    15ml Italtouch white truffle oil
    500g Italtouch egg tagliatelle or egg tagliolini
    90g Italtouch black truffle and mushroom sauce
    80g Italtouch truffle carpaccio
    1/2 cup reserved pasta cooking water
    1 clove garlic
    Grated Parmigiano Reggiano and pepper, to taste

    INSTRUCTIONS:
    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
    In the meantime, melt the white truffle butter over low heat in a sauté pan until lightly golden.
    Add the garlic clove to infuse the butter.
    Stir in the black truffle and mushroom sauce, cooking for 1 minute.
    Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, reserving 1/2 cup of the cooking water.
    Add 1-2 tablespoons of the pasta water to the sauce to create a creamier consistency.
    Remove the garlic clove.
    Drain the pasta and toss it into the sauce, stirring to coat well. Season with grated Parmigiano Reggiano and pepper to taste.
    Remove from heat and drizzle with white truffle oil.
    Plate the pasta in a nest shape and top each serving with 20g of room-temperature truffle carpaccio as a garnish.
