These truffles are a true delicacy, with a strong nutty sweet flavour, the quality of this truffle it’s outstanding. The truffles are exactly the same of the famous Melanosporum Black Winter Truffles from Perigord France.
Truffles are been cultivated in the southern hemisphere so the winter season start from end May to end of August. Great on steak, fish and poultry, raw on pastas and risottos.
