While not offering the same intense aroma and delicate complexity as fresh truffles, our preserved whole black truffles are carefully selected at peak ripeness and jarred to provide a convenient, long-lasting alternative when fresh truffles are out of season or unavailable.
Preserved in brine to retain their signature earthy texture and subtle flavour, these truffles are most often used by chefs to add a luxurious visual and textural element to dishes. For the full truffle experience, they are commonly paired with truffle oil, truffle cream, or butter to enhance aroma and depth of flavour.
How to Use:
