This farm-raised Caviar is derived from a hybrid of Amur River sturgeons Kaluga (Huso dauricus) and Schrenki (acipenser schrenki), it has beautiful colours ranging from vibrant gold to chocolate brown. It has grains that are truly spectacular in size.

To preserve its delicate taste and texture, store the caviar in the fridge at temperatures between -2°C and 0°C. Unopened caviar can last several weeks, while opened caviar should be consumed within 24 to 48 hours. Always keep the caviar tightly sealed and avoid exposure to air.
