How to serve: Best enjoyed chilled on a mother-of-pearl spoon, simply over blinis or toast points with crème fraîche—or straight from the tin if you're feeling indulgent.

Storage: Keep refrigerated at –2°C to 0°C. Unopened, it lasts several weeks. Once opened, consume within 24–48 hours and keep tightly sealed.
