Produced by Ars Italica in Italy from the Russian Sturgeon (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii), Oscietra Classic is admired for its elegant balance and refined character. The sturgeon is carefully raised for 9 to 11 years, allowing the roe to develop its distinctive flavour and texture. Medium to large pearls offer a firm, velvety bite with delicate notes of fresh butter, toasted hazelnut, oyster and a subtle hint of sea urchin, finishing clean and beautifully balanced.
We've paired the caviar with fresh blinis, crème fraîche and genuine mother-of-pearl spoons, allowing you to enjoy it immediately while preserving the caviar's delicate flavour.

Storage & freshness
Keep refrigerated between -2°C and 0°C. Unopened caviar will keep for several weeks when stored correctly. Once opened, enjoy within 24 to 48 hours, keeping the tin tightly sealed and exposure to air to a minimum.
